Before applying for any job, make sure your profile is complete. A complete profile improves your Match Score and helps employers evaluate your qualifications accurately. Navigate to your profile and ensure your personal details, employment history, education, and skills are all filled in.

How to Find a Job

  1. Log in to your SkillPath account.

  2. From your dashboard or the navigation menu, browse the available job listings.

  3. Use the search and filter options to narrow results by category, location, job type, or other criteria.

  4. Click any listing to view its full details, including the job description, required skills, salary type, work shift, and application deadline.

  5. If you want to save a listing for later, click the Save or Favorite icon on the job detail page. Saved jobs are accessible from the Favorite Jobs section in your navigation menu.

How to Apply for a Job

Once you have found a role you want to apply for, follow these steps to complete and submit your application.

  1. Open the job listing and click Apply.

  2. Fill up the application form with the required details.

  3. On the skills step, review the job's required skills checklist and select all the skills that you possess. You may also enter any relevant skills not listed in the Other field.

  4. Complete the three required assessments as part of the application:

  1. Click Confirm to submit your application.

  2. You will receive a confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted.

After You Apply

Your application is recorded immediately and appears in your Applications tab with a status of Pending. The employer can view your profile, Match Score, skill checklist, and uploaded assessment screenshots from their end.
