The Three Required Assessments
1. 16 Personalities Assessment
The 16 Personalities assessment is a personality type test based on the Myers-Briggs framework. It identifies your personality type across four dimensions: how you direct energy, how you process information, how you make decisions, and how you approach structure.

How to Upload Assessment Screenshots During Your Application
Assessments are completed and uploaded as part of the job application form. Follow these steps:
Log in to your SkillPath account.
Browse job listings and find a role you want to apply for.
Open the job listing and click Apply.
Fill up the application form with the required details.
On the skills step, select all the skills that you possess from the checklist.
In the assessments section of the application form, complete each of the three assessments on their external platforms, take a clear screenshot of each result, and upload the screenshots one by one.
Click Confirm to submit your application.
You will receive a confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted.
Screenshot Requirements
Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, and PNG only.
The screenshot must clearly show your assessment result. Blurry, cropped, or incomplete screenshots may raise questions during employer review.
