Why can't I submit my application?
The application requires you to complete all three assessments and upload screenshots as part of the application form before you can click Confirm. Make sure you have completed the 16 Personalities, DISC Personality, and Problem-Solving assessments on their external platforms, taken a clear screenshot of each result page, and uploaded all three screenshots within the application form.
How is my Match Score calculated?
Your Match Score is generated automatically based on your profile skills, employment history, education, and the skills you selected during the Skill Match step of your application. The score is read-only. To improve it on future applications, keep your profile complete and select all relevant skills during the Skill Match step.
What happens after I submit an application?
Your application appears in the employer's applicant list immediately with a status of Pending. You can track your application in real time from the Applications tab in your navigation menu.
How do I know if my application was approved or rejected?
Check your Applications tab from the navigation menu. When an employer makes a decision, the status changes from Pending to Approved or Rejected. There are no push or email notifications — you must check the Applications tab directly.
I was approved. Where do I find my interview details?
Go to your Applications tab and find the application showing Approved status. If the employer entered a Google Meet link and interview date, those details will appear there. If no details appear, the employer did not enter them when approving.
Can I edit my application after submitting it?
No. Once submitted, an application cannot be edited. Update your profile before your next application to ensure your information is current.
Why can't I find a job I saw earlier?
Jobs expire automatically when their application deadline passes. Expired listings are hidden from search results. If a listing you previously viewed is no longer visible, it has most likely expired.
I uploaded the wrong assessment screenshot. What do I do?
Submit a Support Ticket from your dashboard describing the issue. A platform administrator will assist you with removing the incorrect file.
Can I delete my account?
User accounts cannot be permanently deleted by users. Submit a Support Ticket and a platform administrator will assist you with account deactivation.

Why can't I post a job?
You must have an active subscription plan with available job posting credits. Check the Remaining Job Posts metric on your dashboard. If it shows zero, navigate to Buy Plan and purchase a subscription.
Can I verify that assessment screenshots are genuine?
SkillPath does not authenticate the content or scores shown in uploaded screenshots. The platform confirms only that a file was uploaded in a supported format. You are responsible for evaluating uploaded documents before making hiring decisions.
Can I edit a job posting after it goes live?
Yes. Navigate to Manage Jobs, locate the listing, and select the edit option. Changes apply immediately.
What happens when my job posting expires?
The job automatically moves to Expired status when the current date passes its deadline. It is hidden from job seekers and cannot receive new applications. The listing remains visible to you in Manage Jobs for record-keeping.
Can I delete a job posting?
Job postings cannot be permanently deleted. To stop a listing from receiving applications before its deadline, edit the deadline to a past date to expire it immediately.
How do I view my billing history?
Navigate to Payment History from your dashboard to view all completed payment records. For a detailed transaction breakdown, navigate to Transactions.
